What the hell...

I seem to be ruining friendships left and right. I wish people would be more straightforward with me instead of hiding their feelings and having outbursts later. I demonstrate time and again that I am not the type to fly off the handle upon being confronted about anything, but people keep doing passive-aggressive bullshit and expect me to read their minds. It's a bruise to the ego each time but in the end I know I have to maintain what little self esteem I do have. Sigh...
